From the Pastor’s Desk

Over the last 20 years, we here at Cornerstone Worship Center, have seen many glorious victories; however I am sad to say, we have also seen some defeats. Through these events we have learned many things and two of them stand out and are vital to our making it this far.

The first is that when failure enters into the picture, we must use it as a teaching event and do all that we can to never approach a similar situation in the same manner. Also, all situations should be entered into “after” there has been prayer and seeking God’s guidance.

The second is whenever we have a glorious victory, we never need to look within ourselves and claim what good things we have done. The Word of God tells us in Philippians 4:17: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” It is the Spirit of God who dwells within us that is eager to guide us … to strengthen us … to protects us and to lead us to victories in the smallest details to the larger earth-shaking events.

Through all of this, we have seen hundreds of souls saved and many filled with the Spirit of God. We have trained and have seen licensed over ten people to minister the Word of God. We are the mother church for around 100 churches in Africa and we have many outreaches to bring the lost into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. God has blessed us as we continue to work in enhancing the Kingdom of God.

You are loved, Pastor Don
